I am in a state of flux with my brewing having lost 2 batches to an infection. It is really hard on your brewing confidence to think that you just pissed away 65 bucks in brewing materials. Whats going to happen with the next batches? The only thing I can figure is to get back on the pony and brew again. I am revamping my sanitation and replacing my tubing.

Now in the mix is Star San and Iodophor. All I can figure is that my current sanitizer (One-Step) just wasnt getting into the cracks and crevaices so I am going to switch out, sanitize the shit out of things and start over.
